The Farmer’s Market has been a Saturday morning tradition now 13 years now! It is open every Saturday from 8 am – 1 pm! More vendors are being added every week and they even have live music that goes on from the start till the end! Currently, there are over 30 reoccurring vendors!
What does the Farmer’s Market provide?
Considering the market has been going on for over 13 years now and the Chamber of Commerce for Punta Gorda has been adding new vendors weekly, they have various amounts of items for sale! Some of the popular categories are Sweets, Plants, Jewelry, Meat and Fish, Art, Baked Goods, Health and Beauty, Beverages, and even Clothes! The best part is these are all locally made or farmed items. If you are interested in supporting your local vendors, they are located on the corner of Taylor and Olympia in Downtown Punta Gorda. Special conditions have been put in place to regulate CDC guidelines. All vendors have been safely spaced, the Chamber of Commerce requests social distancing be followed, and masks be worn. If you are a local business and want to join the Farmers Market, make sure to reach out to the Punta Gorda Chamber for more information on joining. I hope you all continue to support your local vendors
