🥫 Cans for Candy 🍬

This is open to the public with FREE admission. This special event offers a safe, outdoor trick-or-treat experience that is cherished amongst the community as a local tradition. The city is even encouraging small businesses and organizations that would potentially partner with the city to enhance this awesome event to reach out! North Port needs our help, they are holding a Cans for Candy event. They are asking the local community to bring nonperishable foods to their food drive that will be hosted there as well. All foods will be donated to a local food pantry to help those in need. If you will be attending this event you must follow the parking guidelines the city has provided in order to keep traffic congestion down to a minimum. Free parking will be in the lots next to City Hall and the Police Station. They will even have a complimentary shuttle that will be available from 3:30 pm till 9 pm. It will go back and forth between City Hall and the Morgan Family Community Center. They encourage to use this to lower traffic as well. We hope families and locals will be able to attend this event, the FloridaHouseMatch team looks forward to meeting some of y'all!
